Just getting back to @TK4’s original question - you would expect that we have the potential for a discovery in the Post-Dande to be announced separately to the results from the Pebbly Arkose and Upper Angwa which will most likely be announced together.

@Kiwigeo8339. What do you think the well design will look like for MK-2?
Would it be logical to think that they’ll keep a similar casing design for the top sections and then once they’ve drilled through the Upper Angwa to say 4000m in an 8.5” hole that they’ll log and take samples then run the 7” production casing to get this critical zone protected for flow testing. Then drill as deep as they can reach and hopefully test the Lower Angwa with a 6” or 6.5” hole (to maybe 4500m)? Then run 5” casing or plug and abandon this zone depending on what we encounter?
If this is the case then you’d think there’s the potential for three separate discovery announcements - the Post-Dande, the Pebbly Arkose/Upper Angwa and then the Lower Angwa? And the Post-Dande could be as early as 2-3 weeks after spud. Should be lots of newsflow to keep things interesting.
