    Surely IVZ would be meeting their asx disclosure obligations by notifying the market immediately when material information comes hand?

    Also, the notion that they may strategically withhold info to time its disclosure to the market for maximum share price impact seems like nonsense.

    To me it appears that SM’s eye is on the main prize - a discovery. If in achieving this he neglects to give me a daily blow by blow account of every decision he makes in running the company via asx announcements, I can live with that.
