    I wonder if its a technical ASX breach (eg Listing Rule 7.1A (10%)) which needs to be worked through (eg breach of limits on expanding capital / register over a certain period) .....another Small Cap Company did recently and perhaps ASX is looking out for it? Guessing only.....GLTAH!
