Unless the can claim coverage under another code - coverage is lost. All those years of effort and waiting down the drain.
The will likely put the KP contract at risk. If KP can’t claim the costs they will not order the tests.
This is a company killer IMO. They have a large amount of money in the bank, but if Novartis don’t consider the rest medically necessary- game over.
