An OEM pays upfront because they are asking NUH to design and provide them with product that they will be selling under their own banner. Accourding to BP1974 typical volumes are 50000 units
It is essentially a customised order and therefore payments will be upfront , through and on delivery. And those are locked in. The OEM customer bears the sales risk.
