if nuheara doesn’t repay the loan in cash, before realtek chooses to redeem with shares then they take about 10% and thus shareholders future earnings are reduced proportionally.
so far there has been no growth.
in fact just now a further 10% dilution.
I’d be less bothered if revenues were in fact growing enough to cover costs… it’s just wearing very thin now.
