    "For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

    1. The trading halt is requested pending a clarifying announcement in relation to the announcement made on 1 June 2023 titled “Strategic Partnership signed - US employee rewards platform”.

    2. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the commercial agreement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 7 June 2023.

    3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
