    I think it will be more dilutive given that they need cash .... may be the last chance for existing holders to average down when the company is in a watershed moment

    Good thing is that they did the entitlement offer rather than a cheap book building ...now no one can complain it was only given to institutions and Sophisticated investors

    will see if the placement will be underwritten by any brokers
