My couple of random thoughts are around a new facility. I'm aware of at least one US battery company applying for funding that is available for that purpose. The other idle thought is the QLD govt seems to be spending money on things energy wise too. Thinking along the lines of a co contribution.
On the other hand it could be fairly basic towards staying afloat - same as @Arrr!, funding to make the proposed 20MWh battery supply less of a stretch, even though there is a payment due on commencement.
