Raising) by way of an Entitlement Offer.
Should anything be read into the change in communication? Are they only going to existing shareholders? There has been no soph leak I am aware of. The last CR was 10mths ago ($5m + $5m SPP - i.e., dilutive). This time, they are going full entitlement - non dilutive. They will need to raise a fair bit as they will be looking at another year of operation and scaling. $10-15m = perhaps 1-4, 1-3, 1-2 entitlement.
I hope there is a compelling case for CR participation. Should have keep my power dry for this one, not the Aug 22 one.
