entitlement offer - Simon H will most likely take up a lot to average down his buy price ?
I wonder if it is going to be an underwritten one ? not take up - will go to some brokers ?
Tim giving every old holder an opportunity to average down in a watershed moment for the company it seems
hopefully we will see some good news followed by cap raise
