Its amazing how you can twist something positive Into a negative when you want to troll something. Yeah i get it, dilution and oppies and all that but we dont know who this investor is, maybe its someone or an institutional investor who drives the company to the next level. IMO thats a very likely outcome. As i said before CC and Cap would not commit to SPX if their Due diligence showed that SPX were going under through a lack of cash! Also whomever this investor i am sure after their DD they would not invest in a 1cent dud business.

as i have previously stated i have not been happy with some things in the last 18 months especially the share price! But this is another solid step in the right direction, the ship is turning more rapidly and went it does complete the turn things could change very quickly.
