You don't want to release big news like that in close. People are in the pub by then, and you want buyers, and it'll get missed in the Monday frivololity
I wouldn't be surprised if they put this together today and release Monday. Would be a bit awkward ready to present on Tuesday but having to tell everyone "no comment" when they ask for news, until the ASX get it out the door
