well, then in that case the TH should have happened BEFORE the deal was going to get signed... they have a bad reputation and the best they can do now is to make sure no more allegations can be hurled their way... already on the thinnest ice possible, so every time they mess up it just brings memories back...
let's hope this is a good one for us LTers... been a while since we had any good news here post the last IPO
