You’d hope they’ve gotten some US based funds interested. The exposure they would offer might be worth the dilution. Plenty of capital raises (If done for growth/commercial progress rather than ‘working capital’) end up being net positive for market cap in the medium term. This won’t stay below $1 billion if it becomes an established FDA approved therapy, just on potential alone.
