"Request for Trading Halt

EBR Systems, Inc. (ASX: “EBR” or the “Company”), requests a halt to the trading in its CHESS Depositary Interests (“CDIs”), quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”), be implemented with effect from the commencement of trading today, 22 June 2023.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, EBR provides the following information in relation to the request:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by EBR concerning a proposed capital raising by the Company.

2. EBR requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of open trade on Monday, 26 June 2023 or the release of an announcement by the Company regarding the proposed capital raising.

3. EBR is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations and to
maintain an orderly market in the trading of EBR’s CDIs in relation to the proposed capital raising.

4. EBR confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This request is authorised by the Board of directors of the Company."
