we are talking recentbraise. Holders had the opprtunity but there was a significant shortfall. Any excess application would have been accepted. Instead it went to the lead manager. So we can focus on oreviouscrauses but that is unfortunately the game at the spec end. The positive is if results go to plan, even the 20 c raise will be a distant memory.
