That said, I agree companies need capital to progress their projects and this is a tough market for small/micro caps. So, it will be interesting to see if, ZEO struggles with raising $2.5m or if the wider market acknowledges the potential of ZEO’s climate tech and the ability for its management to leverage this into tangible commercial opportunities…I suppose we’ll find out next Monday (over subscribed would be a great sign IMHO) and I’m eager to see what’s in store for ZEO over the next few months.

As for Evolution, what I’ve heard is they’ve supported early tech plays ie Anteris is one that comes to mind, having recently raised $35m (Feb 2023), Evolution have led all AVR’s raising on the way up , starting from around $50m mkt cap, to now $300m+

So all hope is not lost as long as you DYOR

If they raise $2.5m I’m sure they will say it’s “oversubscribed.”

The fact they’ve only set out to raise $2.5m with a market cap of nearly $100m shows how little demand there is for a company with that market cap.

Ill counter re evolution with IBX. Have a look at its performance, I’m happy to put together a post with a list of examples that evolution have barbecued- the evolution “grave yard” list if you’d like?
