I can tell you that Evolution did a company visit, with some interested parties, and they liked the story. Their analyst is particularly keen. They approached the company with the cash already interested is my understanding.
I would say that the stock is going into strong hands, who want to get set now based on the upside in the coming months.
Time will tell...but the latest presentation shows the potential, particularly in the landfill space.
