A company visit? Hilarious.

Evolution is a scourge on the ASX and any genuine investor knows that a company who raises capital with them is either desperate or naive. This is the worst outcome for existing shareholders and frankly it’s not enough money for a company approaching a $100 million market cap. And by the way, that market cap is absurd.

The placement is categorically not going to strong hands. I received two emails from some bloke at Evolution called Harrison Quirk who I’ve never spoken to in my life. He wouldn’t know me from a bar of soap but he wanted a bid from me. Any punter bidding into this placement is looking for a quick trade and if they don’t get then it will get sold down under the placement price.
