So a material transaction and a CR - no surprises there.
It will be interesting what value is assigned to the Ionic Industries Investment - be it either the material transaction or held as an asset.
If it is the material transaction, then one would expect a lot higher value than the 0.0075c on the books.
Ionic had a CR in May @ 1.75c/share and have a SPP @ 2.5c/share - ahead of an IPO in Toronto late this year.
Frankly, from an Ionic shareholder perspective, I would be very happy if SER are no longer a holder, since it removes "An Unknown" from the registry - one could hardly expect SER to not sell down once Ionic list in Toronto.
