This looks to be a good step forward, but I also won't be surprised if it's just a little bit of lubricant for a cap raise. Not sure why they need a trading halt for a lease agreement when they have been talking about it coming "shortly" for the last 3 months.
With the amount of drilling they have mentioned they have proposed they'll surely need more of a cash buffer going forward, but hopefully this will push the share price back into the 3's.
