That all makes sense mate in terms of the voluntary suspension and even though it’s not ideal I know it happens with small in resources companies particularly if they are using external legal advice.
IMO the reason the farm ain’t calm is that Ross is also dumping shares every few weeks.
It may be worth you reaching out to him if you’re looking to buy. An off market X trade to an existing holder with an ASX announcement explaining it would look much better than the boss man just dumping every few weeks.
