there is a counterparty here that also needs to be consulted in relation to the information released in any asx announcement.
they need to ensure that their commercial integrity remains intact.
imagine you are a US based company (the gas processor) trying to do business there and then having the onerous ASX disclosure rules thrust upon you by a new business partner.
unfortunately, and I know through personal experience that this can sometimes be a sensitive issue that needs to be worked through.
I imagine that the deal is actually down but the announcement is the sensitivity bs the actual agreement.
