Sorry, don't hold but to announce a capex in the last week of tax loss selling beggars disbelief. These donkeys would have been aware a month ago that they needed cash and a month ago SVY was trading at 17.5c. So on May 30th the capex if announced could have taken place at say 20% discount to 17.5c or 14c. All I can put it down to is that no major shareholder was interested at 17.5c and have indicated that they would only participate at much lower prices. I would be interested to know whether any other company has ever raised in the last week of tax selling before? Smells of desperation!
