They would do a trading halt to say they haven’t acquired finance? I’m sure management were trying their hardest to get this across the line before the 80m performance bonus share expiry date occurred, they just ran out of time…… just.
Was thinking this was gonna be the rabbit they pulled out of the hat to get their bonuses. Sometimes the end of the road to something happens that little bit later but you still need to report it.
I more than suspect this to be the case and look forward to BRP’s thoughts.
