We will find out on Monday for sure.. Technically, any cash injected into EUR will not be available for use by CRML. The only asset being divested is the Wolfsberg Project.. all other assets including cash belongs to EUR.

I'm 99.99% sure this has nothing to do with raising money for EUR. This is most certainly funding into CRML to develop the project moving forward. I'm curious to know what discount, if any, will be offered. If they raise at the IPO price of $10 per share, then that will be good news! However, if they raise at a considerable discount, it will be perceived as a show of weakness by the US investors.
