Everyone is overthinking the performance shares.

This tranche of performance shares are gone.

But it doesn't matter as they will just issue more to themselves later on.

They were nowhere near getting those shares this time.

No doubt the funding will go directly to CRML and I expect this is a pre-requisite for the NASDAQ listing as CRML would not have had enough funds to be a serious player - my understanding is that to be listed on NASDAQ you must be a serious company with cash and a solid market cap.

Hopefully we get the ann tonight and we can all get excited over the weekend if it's another great deal engineered by Tony .

I'd much rather a constructive thread than a bunch of whinging, finger pointing and defending of their honour.

We all know who the good contributors are - it's not hard to sort through the crappy posts / posters.
