A little unsure why the bonus of $10000 a month due to extra workload. Clarification would be nice as $120000 a year bonus is double the salary he paying the senior geologist in the USA running the show. Seems absolutely ludicrous. Cant find the secreretary salary but will be hidden in the insane administration costs. Lifestyle company possibly ?
