Is alp well and good but what's Mr Lane currently doing to warrant his $10000 a month bonus as he very busy. Im sure shareholders are warranted an explanation and results as im pretty sure if any employee Walt's into work tomorrow and says boss I'm working to hard, give me an extra $10000 a month , the boss might say GET ....... especially with joh blows current performance creating shareholders wealth and value for the company.
