Trading halt relates to,
1) to finalise assay results from the winter 2023 drilling program at the Corvette Property;
(2) to provide a response in relation to the AFR article titled "Pilbara weighs tilt at Patriot BatteryMetals, RBC hired" published 9 July 2023; and
(3) to provide a response in accordance with ASIC Information Sheet 255 (Activist short sellingcampaigns in Australia) in relation to a short selling report released on 7 July 2023 following arequest from ASX.
The Company cautions investors that the short selling report contains a number of claims that arewrong and misleading and further contain substantial factual inaccuracies
