i am not too fussed about the options- so long as the options are well out of the money and they are not raising too much money (including both shares and options) at current levels, it should be fine; if its 20, 25 million (including proceeds from options) at a premium at current levels, then thats fine. I am more keen to say if they bring a strategic or an institutional investor.
