I am utterly baffled why they would be raising at such a discount and doing so right now. Only a week or so until the MRE which from all indications should be massive. The SP would likely have rocketed into the 60s, that would have been the time to do the CR. The fact management have done CRs at a premium previously makes this all the more galling. If the prospects for this company weren't so outstanding I would be bailing out right now. Trust in management is one of the most important things to me when investing and this shonky raise has certainly diminished my view of management. I would love to hear a full explanation from them about the rationale behind this very disappointing decision.
