This seems like a financial tax break strategy to me. Although , they may need to raise $$ for the Ieyza Health business in Africa. They forgave their debt in exchange for the business, I'd assume they need funds to restore and market the tests properly. The company had a loss of 5743,450 and need the funds to produce for their contracts in place and launch of the pregnancy tests. That's my thoughts anyway ..
