I believe that this was the planned raise all along but was taking a while for confirmation and putting all the pieces together including Ord Minnett wanting to play. So in case the pieces didn't come together or took way too long, the last raise was arranged to ensure we at least get to drill the Motherload and complete all the desired RC drilling toward a shallow only JORC

Now they have sheet ton of funds to diamond drill the bejeesus out of the Motherload and not just get "oh yeah... it's there " .....but now " oh yeah it's there .... and crikey it's there ... and blimey even there"
We won't get to a Motherload JORC this season but imagine the global market recognition when they verify the beast exist and then a few more holes to verify that the red blobs are very likely the true extent

Oh and they can now do all that within a few short months.
