American West is seeking a trading halt for the purpose of considering, planning and executing
a capital raising.
(b) American West requests that the trading halt last until the earlier of the Company making an
announcement to the market regarding the proposed capital raising and commencement of
normal trading on 13 July 2023.
(c) The trading halt will end when the announcement has been released.
(d) American West is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of
any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
