This is odd....

They raised 3 weeks ago to institutions, and so raising so far after means that you're really going to piss them off.

As a result, how to avoid pissing them off?
a) you've found something in the last month that really needs heavy spend but will sure up value
c) you raise at a premium

I'd be surprised if instos on the book knew this was coming... I could assume that this is why the price slipped back from 20c, but it's surprising.

A LOT of cash needed to get diamonds in here so I WANT there to be material news to back this up. Massive management failing to do this now instead of after growth of value over a couple of months, without significant cause. There's benefit in more rigs before the snows come in a few months
