I know some things are out of the companies control like DOE funding, interest rates, global economics so we should be fair when the SP drops BUT to put it simply if the company made better decisions we wouldn't be where we are at now (in terms of SP).

Thats why they get paid the big bucks to avoid this yeh? Maybe we would be doing a raise at 25 or 30 cents instead of 13 cents. Let hope they don't give some weak response about the capital raise announcement on Monday and they offset it with some positive news to go with it.
