    I suspect it is the California assets, while they are both also in the Canadian assets, Xstate just recently increased their exposure there so I would be surprised if they are divesting, but everything is for sale at a price.

    If it is Borba, and the broader California assets, I can't see them getting much from the sale. IMO

    But we will see.
