Agreed is much bigger than the DOE. Im excited because they wayne wouldnt contemplate a significant sales agreement unless he was more confident that the production yield was in a better place as there current contracts reflect roughly full capacity based on the yields they were getting on the previous alki ISR.

I suspect this contract is off the back of acceptable commercial yields and the announcement will reference this as well. I just hope the announcement is released on a massive green day already to supercharge it. If Im right a 50% pop would not be unrealistic (I think 100% is more likely but lets stay down to earth).
