possible but strange wording if so and likely not a positive thing if it is the case. Given where we are around proof of concept for production - if it works you would wait another three months, prove it, let the shareprice run and then when in a stronger position look to aqcuire/merge. Whereas if it wasnt looking promising you would try and offload the dud asap.
