agree thats not a good sign but honestly would expect the volumes to be alot higher if it was materially negative. I still believe its most likely a significantly positive announcement that has been in the works for a while that was always subject to proving commercial yield. It would explain why in the field studies - when they moved to the smaller footprint and it showed a commercial yield (although lower than lab indications) they immediately stopped the field study six months earlier than previously announced end date to fast track FID and production… when they could have spent the extra time to try and optimise field trials to provide a more positive announcement. From memory the u308 they hold in inventory covers over half there 2nd half obligations so production would have to be pretty poor not to cover the rest of it i.e I think penalties associated with contract cancelation or amendment might be a bit premature
