I think if there was an issue they'd disclose this to the market straight away. no need for a two day trading halt. I also think if it was related to not meeting obligations under existing contracts than they would have informed the market of production problems before contractual problems.
the 2 day (and counting) trading halt to me suggests they're ironing out commercial terms potentially and don't want the news to leak before this is finalised (lawyers, and plenty of people are involved in contracts on both sides - easy for the sector and those on the periphery to get wind of news). something could be in the works.
