Would anyone participate in a SPP if offered at 15% discount to current SP? SP will follow to price offering quickly and investors could buy on market and not have cash tied up waiting for share release date. 92E hasn't rallied with the Uranium market in recent times (BOE example) but is happy to pull back on a market retracement. I am starting to question why that is? Different stages of development I understand, but this is starting to get very frustrating.
