Not long now until we find out but I cannot see the Saskatoon plant not being finished and operated. The fact the VML have kept on the staff for the duration of the 3 month review indicated they see it has value and a future! Feels like a stand-off and challenge to the 'western supply chain' to ante up if they are serious about breaking the China monopoly. Two options;
- A government grant to complete the plant is forthcoming and VML remain a miner/processor of REE's
- Saskatoon is sold off to another processor (e.g. UCore) and VML focus on further resource drilling and mining of Nechalacho/Tardiff
Other views on the outcome welcome....
