What a week ! First SLM, now LLL. Couldn't resist LLL even after self-promise to not invest in Africa again after SDL ( not saying this will happen with LLL, but Chinese "financiers" got together with Cameroon Govt & cut SDL out of the pie totally after SDL did years of work on the project with signed Govt agreements. Litigation is still ongoing. ).
Sounds like Mali wants to process in Mali which isn't too bad.
