    Leo,Gangfeng and the Govt will just sit down,our side explain why logistics need to be tested and negotiate a just royalty payment for the govt.
    For us its more about logistic,for them its tax.
    Im sure a resolution will get sorted pretty quickly.
    No project is without hiccups.
