    For some reason the govt has some sort of issue with the shipping of the ore DSO rather than the produce.I'm guessing that they don't understand and think they are missing out on something. Like they think LLL is using this to avoid processing in mali and not making the Max profit in mali

    some of the African countries have an issue with ore being exported for processing elsewhere.
