    So how long did you expect the back and forth correspondence between the Mali mine ministry and Leo to take?Two days or a week?Seems logical there will be some negotiation and formalities involved.After all, the Mining ministry is setting a precedent seeing how we are the first lithium mine and first shipper of DSO.Of course they have to get this right, takes time, no biggie.
