Benno54 has hit the nail on the head IMO.
1. The opportunity has arisen that Fresh Tracks needs the cash now and our BOD is capitalising on that on that weakness.
2. Why do this now pre approval? It would be a big waste of money if the BOD had any suspicion the FDA process for SB fell off track. They aren't stupid, so they know the approval is just a formality.
3. It makes it far more attractive to any suitor to have our revenue all neat and tidy, so it will add huge value to the company both now and morseo when the product gets up and cranking.

My confidence level of getting FDA approval was already very high, but it keeps getting better.
Any dip in the shareprice will be jumped on IMHO.
